Day-by-day itinerary

Day1

Day 1: Arrival in Buenos Aires

Reception at Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) and transfer to the hotel. Free day to acclimate and begin exploring the capital.

Day2

Day 2: Icons of the Capital

In the morning, a tour of the city's most representative neighborhoods. You will visit the elegant Recoleta, the imposing 9 de Julio Avenue, the historic Plaza de Mayo, and the colorful neighborhoods of San Telmo and La Boca.

Day3

Day 3: Free Day and Tango Night

A day at leisure to explore the city at your own pace. In the evening, transfer to one of the most renowned tango houses to enjoy a dinner accompanied by a show that celebrates Argentina's most emblematic music and dance.

Day4

Day 4: From the City to the Andean Lakes

Transfer to Jorge Newbery Airport (AEP) for the flight to Bariloche. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel, with the Andes peaks as a backdrop.

Day5

Day 5: Bariloche and its Short Circuit

A half-day excursion along the famous Circuito Chico, a 60 km scenic route that borders Nahuel Huapi Lake and offers panoramic views from strategic points. Afternoon free to enjoy the civic center or taste local chocolates.

Day6

Day 6: Heading to the Land of Glaciers

Transfer to Bariloche airport to take the flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival in the capital of glaciers, reception and transfer to the hotel.

Day7

Day 7: The Perito Moreno Glacier

A full day dedicated to visiting the Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the world's natural wonders. You will walk along the catwalks in front of the glacier, allowing you to observe its immensity and hear the thunderous crash of ice calving into Lago Argentino.

Day8

Day 8: Departure from El Calafate

At the scheduled time, transfer to El Calafate airport (FTE) for your departure flight.

Booking & policies

Are the prices shown net or retail?

Rates are net (wholesale) and reserved for travel agencies and tour operators, who sign in to see them and add their own margin. Public visitors see an indicative retail “from” price; the net rate is never shown outside the agency portal.

How is a booking confirmed?

Most bookings are confirmed immediately and the voucher is emailed within minutes. When a service shows “In process”, RUMBO LIBRE is confirming final availability with the receptive operator at destination — usually within 24 to 48 business hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations follow Clause 7 of the Terms: more than 30 days before the service, no penalty and a full refund; 15 to 30 days, 25%; 8 to 14 days, 50%; 3 to 7 days, 75%; less than 72 hours before commencement or a no-show, 100%. Certain destinations — Patagonia, the Amazon region and high-demand dates in peak season — apply stricter terms, stated in the quotation. The schedule above is indicative: the conditions that apply to each booking are those confirmed in the quotation, and may be stricter in high season, on public holidays or where a supplier applies its own policy.

Can dates or passenger names be changed after confirmation?

Amendment requests must reach RUMBO LIBRE at least 72 business hours before the service begins. Changes are managed with the receptive operator subject to availability, and any resulting rate difference applies. For private services, a name change may require re-issuing the booking at the current rate.
