Foz do Iguaçu is the Brazilian gateway to the Iguazú Falls, one of the world's great waterfall systems, shared with Argentina. The Brazilian side delivers the panoramic frontal views along its national-park catwalks, typically visited in half a day, while the Argentine side offers the closer, immersive trails. The city also gives access to the Itaipu hydroelectric dam and the triple border with Argentina and Paraguay, making it a compact, high-impact stop.
A year-round destination in a subtropical climate. Summer (December–March) is hot and humid with the highest water flow; winter (June–August) is milder and more comfortable for walking. Rainfall can briefly raise water levels and close catwalks; the falls are impressive in every season.
Foz suits incentive groups and mid-sized congresses rather than very large conventions. Several resort and convention hotels offer meeting space, and the falls provide a strong backdrop for gala events. It works best as a themed incentive or a congress add-on.

Foz do Iguaçu International (IGU) connects mainly via São Paulo (GRU/CGH) and Rio, with some regional and cross-border traffic; Argentina's Puerto Iguazú (IGR) serves the other side. The airport is a short 10–15 km from most hotels, and the two park entrances are around 30–40 minutes apart, plus border formalities.
Two nights is the practical minimum to cover both sides. Iguaçu is a near-essential complement to Rio and combines with Buenos Aires on regional South America itineraries. Broad appeal across European, North American, Asian and Latin American markets.

Amendment requests must reach RUMBO LIBRE at least 72 business hours before the service begins. Changes are managed with the receptive operator subject to availability, and any resulting rate difference applies. For private services, a name change may require re-issuing the booking at the current rate.
